1.Maintenance of common sense

3. After 500 hours of using the extruder, there will be iron scrap or other impurities in the gearbox, so the gear should be cleaned and the gearbox lubricating oil should be replaced.

4. If the direction of the instrument and pointer is found to be full, check whether the contact of the thermocouple is good.

2.Daily maintenance of extruder:

1. It is not allowed to have sundries in the material. It is forbidden to enter the hopper and extruder with hard objects such as metal and gravel.

2. When opening the cylinder cover or suction cover, the foreign body shall be firmly prevented from falling into the host.

3. To have enough warm-up time, the manual drive should be brisk before driving. The temperature should be set at 2 hours after the process is set.

4. The screw is only allowed to start at low speed, and the idle time is not more than 3 minutes.

5, the new machine after running-in, the gear box should all change new oil, followed by 3000 hours after the operation to replace a lubricating oil, after in the maintenance of necessary to test the no mass, replace if necessary.

6. Check the wear of barrel and screw, gear box, bearing and oil seal every year.

7. When the main motor is a dc motor, check the motor carbon brush every month and make a record, and replace it in time if necessary.

8. When parking for a long time, the machine should have anti-rust and anti-pollution measures.

9. Daily inspection: the lubrication condition and oil level of each lubricating part, the temperature rise and noise of the bearings of each rotating part, and the vibration of the unit; The current voltage display of the motor; Lubricating oil, cooling water temperature, pressure display and leakage of pipeline.

3. Remove and check the screw.

(1) make sure the material in the cylinder is completely molten, remove the head, and draw out the screw.

(2) the materials and carbon deposits on the surface of the screw are drawn out. Note that the tools used in the cleaning process are copper, copper bar, copper wire brush, etc., and no steel rod is allowed to be used.
